Crayfish with Lemon Butter Sauce
Serves 2 people
2 cooked Crayfish (each approximately 500gr or 1 x 1kg)
75gr Clarified Butter
1 level Tablespoon of finely chopped Parsley
1 level Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
A shake of Pepper
- Put butter into the saucepan. Cook very slowly until it turns light brown.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour over the crayfish.
- Serve immediately.
