Restaurant and hotel chefs are always looking for recipe ideas. And Chinese consumers are always concerned to know the best way to prepare food. That’s because Chinese cuisine is so important in the country’s culture.
Add to that the fact that southern rock lobster is the most expensive, feature dish on the table, and nobody wants to mess it up. It can become a reason not to serve our lobsters.
So we commissioned Chef Reggie Li to produce video instructions of the most popular ways to prepare Wild Legend lobster. Our Chief China Representative, Joe Zhong was on hand in the Beijing studio to provide expert guidance.
The four short videos are being released weekly through our WeChat Official Account, attracting views and bringing new followers to our news feed.
Chef Li will be on hand at the China Seafood Expo in Qingdao in November, preparing sample tastings for VIP visitors to our stand.
